Blizzcon Tickets are Officially out

July 30th, 2009

I received the first of my four (4) tickets to Blizzcon today.  It came with the barcode and instructions:

Thank you for registering for BlizzCon 2009!

This e-mail is your BlizzCon 2009 registration confirmation. Please print this entire e-mail out and bring it with you, along with photo ID, to the show in order to receive your badge. Photo ID must match the name on this e-mail or you will not be able to receive your BlizzCon badge. The details of your registration follow:

<Name was here>

<BAR CODE PIC WAS HERE>

IMPORTANT! Arriving without this printed bar code and matching photo ID will cause you delays at the door.

The above bar code will be scanned at General Attendee pick-up, and a badge will then be produced for you. Badges will not be mailed. A copy of this confirmation will be stored in the ticket purchaser’s Battle.net account.

If you have any questions or need additional information, please visit www.blizzcon.com or contact customer support via e-mail at blizzconsupport@blizzard.com or phone at: 1-800-592-5499 between the hours of 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. PST on Monday through Friday.

See you there!

So keep an eye out on your mailbox and spam folder for your tickets, they are on their way.

Update 12:01 AM CDT: I received my second ticket of the four about 20 minutes ago.  This seems to be delivered via a mass mailer per name.  So keep an eye out, and do not freak out if you do not get all of them at once.

Update 2 Jul 30, 11:30 AM: Received the remaining two (2) tickets last night around 7 PM CDT.  Blizzard also announced that the bar code claim can also be done on your battle.net account shortly.
